Point of Sale Method
Point of Sale Method is a revenue recognition method where revenue is recognised when the ownership title to the goods is passed to the customer despite that cash can be received after some period of time.
This method is in line with the Accrual Accounting Principle, when recognition of revenue and expenses is done without taking into account whether cash was received or not.
